Refund and Returns Policy

Each item is handmade with love and care, which makes every piece unique. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We’ll be happy to review the issue and offer a suitable solution.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed once the issue is confirmed. In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on the situation.

If a return or exchange is approved, the shipping cost will need to be borne by the customer.

Please note that slight variations in color, size, or design are natural in handmade products and are not considered defects.
